What data we handle
This site itself collects nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no cookies beyond the browser-local theme preference stored on your own device. The AgentNative Data Exchange product handles query requests and, for paid plans, the email and payment details needed to issue access and bill through Stripe. Free samples require no account and no key.
How we use it
Product request data is used to serve query results, enforce plan limits and rate limits, prevent abuse, and support customers. We do not sell personal data. Public dataset content served by the product is official public information, not personal data we control.
Sharing and processors
Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment details go to Stripe under their policy, never to our servers as card numbers. Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare. We disclose data only to these processors to operate the service, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Paid access records are kept for the life of the account plus billing records as required for tax and dispute purposes. To request export or deletion of your data, contact us below; deletion revokes API access and removes query history, retaining only records the law requires.
